Tina has over 30 years of experience in the voluntary sector, having worked with a diverse range of causes as a consultant, head of department, and director. Her expertise spans strategic leadership, business planning, and fundraising, making her a perfect fit for our vision of creating sustainable, impactful community initiatives.
As the founder of Change Q, a specialist consultancy for the charity sector, Tina has supported organisations like Bath Mind, the Federation of Welsh Women’s Aid, and Jessie May, raising millions in funding and facilitating transformational strategies. Her work has not only driven financial growth but also sparked innovative solutions, such as creating a sector-disrupting music project for children with disabilities that won the Nesta/Observer New Radical Award for Social Change.

Tina’s fundraising achievements are nothing short of remarkable. She has raised over £40 million for charities and social enterprises, led teams to achieve exponential income growth, and delivered success across major capital development projects. From doubling revenue for Secret World Wildlife Rescue to securing multi-million-pound funding for learning centres and social enterprises, her ability to align resources with mission-driven goals is unparalleled.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Tina holds an MSc in Strategy, Change, and Leadership, a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring, and a Professional Fundraising Gold Award. As an experienced trainer, she has shared her knowledge with organisations like CAF, VOSCUR, and local authorities, empowering others to achieve excellence in leadership and fundraising.
