Community first with the Pioneers Project CIC
At The Pioneers Project CIC, our mission is to transform Barne Barton into a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive community. For over 26 years, our CEO has been deeply involved in the community, shaping initiatives that reflect the genuine needs and aspirations of the local residents. Through strategic partnerships with organisations we strive to break down barriers, reduce social isolation, and promote mental and physical well-being.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that everyone matters, and we are committed to providing accessible opportunities for all, particularly those who are disadvantaged or isolated. By transforming spaces like Bull Point Barracks, we aim to create resources that foster a stronger, healthier, and more connected community. This work is guided by core values of professionalism, inclusivity, respect, excellence, honesty, and pride.
Join us as we continue to engage with the community, offering timely interventions and innovative solutions that empower individuals and families to thrive. Together, we can build a brighter future for Barne Barton.
