Celebrating Our Crowdfunder Success: A New Chapter for Our Community Allotments and Forest School

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our crowdfunding campaign, which raised an incredible £15,000 to purchase the community allotments and Forest School land. This achievement marks a significant milestone in our journey to enhance community engagement and environmental education in Barne Barton.

A Community Effort

The success of this campaign is a testament to the power of community spirit and collective effort. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed, shared our story, and supported us along the way. Your generosity and belief in our vision have made this possible, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

Why This Matters

The acquisition of the allotments and Forest School land opens opportunities for community members of all ages. These spaces will not only serve as a hub for learning and growth but also as a sanctuary for relaxation and connection with nature. Our Forest School will continue to provide invaluable experiences for children, fostering a love for the environment and a sense of responsibility towards sustainable living.

Join Us for a Spring BBQ Celebration

To celebrate this success and the near completion of the sale, we are hosting a Spring BBQ at the allotments. This event will be a wonderful opportunity to come together, enjoy great food, and explore the space that will soon be buzzing with spring activity. Keep an eye out for further details on the date and time – we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Looking Ahead

As we move forward, we remain committed to our mission of creating a vibrant, inclusive community space that promotes well-being, sustainability, and lifelong learning. We look forward to welcoming you to the allotments and Forest School, where together, we will cultivate not just plants, but also connections and memories that will last a lifetime.

Once again, thank you for your support. Here’s to new beginnings and a bright future for our community!
