Cafe Connect Community cafe

Working In Collaboration with Barnardo’s
We proudly present Café Connect, a vibrant community café supported by Aldi, Co-Op, Tesco, and Lidl. Open every Wednesday from 10am to 2pm at The Barn Children’s Centre in Barne Barton, Café Connect welcomes everyone in the community.
Low cost
Operating on a low cost and donation-based, Café Connect ensures accessibility for all, fostering a truly inclusive environment.
A Gathering Place and a Bridge
Our café not only serves as a gathering place but also acts as a vital bridge, connecting local residents with specialist organisations. Through our partnerships, we facilitate access to essential services, enhancing the support network available to the community.
Food Waste Schemes
We actively participate in food waste schemes with our supermarket partners. A table of surplus food, including fresh fruit, vegetables, and bakery products, is available for attendees to take home. This initiative not only aids in reducing food waste for the supermarkets but also provides attendees with nutritious options, promoting healthier lifestyles.
A Hub of Interaction
Café Connect is more than just a place to enjoy a meal; it is a hub of community interaction, support, and empowerment, bridging gaps and bringing people together.
