ASSURING QUALITY

The Pioneers Project CIC is keen to ensure that it works to best practice guidelines and is safe to operate in the arena it works in. As part of this we regularly undertake work to meet accreditations and quality marks, as well as taking membership to key governing organisations. Here are some of our achievements to date:

UK YOUTH SAFE SPACES

UK YOUTH SAFE SPACES

We are completing the rigorous Safe Spaces framework which ensures that our policies, procedures and practices are in-line with the latest guidelines for effective safeguarding with children and young people. The quality mark proves to funders and partner agencies that we are a trusted, professional organisation that works effectively in this area.

AMBITION FIRST STEPS

We achieved this nationally recognised quality mark in September 2018, which proves that we offer good quality, safe provision when working with young people. It recognises the high quality of our services and our commitment to ensuring that we work to the best standards when engaging with young people.

UK YOUTH MEMBERSHIP

UK YOUTH MEMBERSHIP

This membership gives us access to the latest information and training to ensure we work effectively with children and young people. It also gives us opportunities to access programmes that enables significant growth for participants.

TRAUMA AND MENTAL HEALTH Informed staff
